Buying tickets for a group

2 min read

Bringing grandparents, siblings, and a couple of family friends? Set the quantity on a ticket type before checking out, one payment covers the whole group, and every seat still gets its own individual QR code afterward, not one shared code for everyone.

Why separate codes matter

Because your group probably won't all arrive through the door at exactly the same second. Individual codes mean each person scans in on their own, whenever they actually show up, instead of everyone needing to be physically together holding one phone.

A group purchase. Several tickets, several codes, all reachable from the one account.

Sharing codes with the rest of your group

Whoever bought the tickets can see every code under My Tickets, and the confirmation email lists them all too, forward it on, or screenshot the individual codes for anyone in your group who's arriving separately.

Mixed ticket types in one order

Buying an adult ticket and a couple of concession tickets together works the same way, in one checkout, different ticket types just show their own price and their own separate quantity selector on the same panel.
