Intensive bundles & access codes
3 min read
For camps, guest intensives, and similar short-run programs, you often want tighter control over exactly who can book in, and a way to sell a multi-class bundle at a better combined rate than booking each class individually. Both live right on the season's own page, the same page you land on the moment you finish creating it, not a separate panel you have to go hunting for.

Bundle tiers
Build multiple tiers, e.g. a 5-class bundle at $90, a 3-class bundle at a different rate, and an all-day tier covering every session that day, each priced as a real combined rate rather than the sum of individual class prices.
Access codes
- Scope a code to Anyone (public), Team members only, or Past attendees only, so a genuinely limited program doesn't open up to the general public by accident.
- Set a max uses cap, once that many people have redeemed it, the code simply stops working, leave it blank for unlimited.
- Each code is a straightforward Percentage off or dollar discount, and can be switched inactive without deleting it.

Quick answers
Can I run a program with no access code at all?
Yes, access codes are opt-in, plenty of intensives are simply open to anyone who wants to book, same as a regular category.
What happens once a code hits its max uses?
It stops working immediately for anyone new, no partial redemptions or waitlist behavior, someone with an already-used code keeps their booking, they just can't use the same code again.
