Managing instructor profiles

Instructors get their own real profiles, separate from admin accounts entirely, an instructor teaching your Tuesday class doesn't necessarily need admin-panel access at all.

Edit Instructor. Every field here is optional except Name, and coach phone is scoped, it's never shown on regular class listings, only to that instructor's own team members.

What's on a profile

Name, Instagram handle, Coach Phone, Email, and a Video Link (a home base for a reel or YouTube channel).
A headshot photo.
Bio / Styles, a free-text description of what they teach.

The Instructors list, All filter. Switch to Complete profiles or Incomplete profiles to narrow down to exactly who still needs to finish.

The Instructors page's filter tabs, All, Complete profiles, and Incomplete profiles, let you see at a glance exactly who still needs their photo or details filled in, genuinely useful right before a new season when several instructors might be new.
